Oltre a degustare le varie prelibatezze, sarà possibile partecipare alla raccolta della lavanda: ogni partecipante riceverà un cestino e delle forbici, e dopo una breve dimostrazione, potrete riempire il vostro cestino con tutta la lavanda che nei vorrete portarvi a casa. Al nostro angolo fai-da-te, troverete nastri e spaghi per creare i vostri bouquets.

For the next two months, Terrafranta will be open two days a week, on Thursdays and Fridays, from 6 pm to 9pm.
Snacks, aperitivo, and a variety of other products (from Terrafranta and other local producers) will be on offer. Vegan, vegetarian, alcoholic, and non-alcoholic options will be available. Always (and only) healthy and honest food.
FIRST DATE: Friday, June 14th. To kick off this first opening an apericena will be offered with every beverage purchased. Lots of focaccia and other good things :) FOR FREE… Yes!

In addition to snacks and drinks, it will also be possible to take part in the lavender harvest: each participant will receive a basket with scissors, and after a short demonstration, you can fill your basket with all the lavender you want to take home. At our DIY corner, you will find ribbons, and strings to make your bouquets.

To celebrate, we are hosting a weekend centering Nature and our experience of it through different mediums—an exhibition of works by Terre Nude Project & Leowoodart throughout the weekend.

EDIBLE LANDS non è una cena.
E’ un’esperienza multisensoriale in un coinvolgente percorso artistico in cui il cibo e le persone diventano parti integranti e interattive dell’opera.
E’ un paesaggio effimero da mangiare e da gustare, dove Il cibo e le persone sono i protagonisti di un evento unico.
Installazioni, performance, cucina, mise en place e teatro si susseguono in un crescendo alimentato dalla partecipazione degli ospiti e dalla degustazione di cibo e bevande, di profumi e di suoni, di sapori ed emozioni.
I profumi e i sapori della lavanda, declinati nei prodotti TERRAFRANTA saranno il tema intorno al quale si svolgerà l’incontro.
L’installazione edibile si svilupperà in 3 capitoli distinti, in ognuno dei quali un paesaggio ispirato al luogo e ai suoi dintorni verrà realizzato in diretta da Mattia Papp attraverso i prodotti che il territorio ci regala, per creare paesaggi effimeri che parlano di noi, come regione, come città e come identità.

dopo il successo della scorsa estate, abbiamo deciso di ampliare l’offerta con una serie di appuntamenti fra Giugno e Luglio, per dare a tutti l’opportunità di vedere la lavanda in fiore, imparare a tagliarla a mano e portarsi a casa un pezzettino di Terrafranta.
Come funziona?
Il biglietto vi garantisce l’ingresso e l’uso di un cestino e un paio di forbici. Dopo avervi mostrato come tagliare la lavanda, sarete liberi di riempire i vostri cestini quanto vorrete. Alla postazione DIY, saranno disponibili nastri e spaghi per creare i vostri bouquet. Il cestino è condivisibile con amici :)
Ricordatevi borse o sacchetti per trasportare i mazzi!
Il nostro bar sarà aperto e ben fornito con bevande fresche e snack per tutti i palati. Oltre alla nostra birra artigianale alla lavanda e vini naturali italiani al bicchiere, troverete qualche freschissssima novità 🌱
